Youth Philanthropy continues to grow across our country and Business Professionals of America is excited and inspired by this. It is a known fact that community service activities not only offer students an opportunity to give back to the community, but they also help increase self-confidence, and allow them a better understanding of the importance of service making them better stewards and citizens as they grow into adulthood. That is why the BPA Alumni Division has developed the 50 Acts of Kindness Initiative.
The BPA 50 Acts of Kindness Initiative is an opportunity for all members of Business Professionals of America at the middle, secondary, post-secondary and alumni levels to work together to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life or within their community. Thousands of BPA members volunteer on a regular basis, now, through the 50 Acts of Kindness Initiative BPA members can work together toward a common goal and make an impact.
By the 2016 National Leadership Conference in Boston, MA, the BPA Alumni Division hopes to have 5,000 Acts completed - in honor of BPA’s 50th Anniversary. Let's work together and participate in one or moreservice activities in an effort to make a difference and inspire our fellow classmates as well as future generations on the importance of giving back. Together we can make an impact at both the local and national levels!
Join together and help celebrate all that BPA has given to us by paying it forward and giving to others through a random act of kindness.
