          Are you a student interested in Business, Information Technology, Administrative Skills and/or Finance who is enrolled in a program of learning looking for an organization to help you enhance and strengthen your skills and knowledge?           BPA members work together to accomplish their goals. As a student, you have many options to consider during the school year. You weigh the extracurricular activities that are available and determine what opportunities will offer you the growth and experiences you will need for your future. Are you interested in having fun and making friends? Do you want to begin building for your future? Are you interested in gaining leadership experience? Join a Business Professionals of America chapter to open numerous doors of opportunity.

          If you are interested in developing your leadership skills, BPA offers an opportunity to improve your skills. Regional, state, and national conferences promotes leadership development by providing an arena for the election of officers. Serving as an officer in BPA provides an opportunity for advancing personal growth and encouraging responsibility, developing management skills, enjoying travel experience, increasing public speaking competence, and networking with others.

          BPA members smile for the camera at the 2009 National Leadership Conference BPA's Workplace Skills Assessment Program consists of dozens of competitions in four general categories: finance, information technology, management/marketing/HR and administrative support. Students may compete at regional, state, and national levels demonstrating their acquired skills. The excitement and enthusiasm of competing and being recognized for their accomplishment is a highlight for every student.
