Fall Alumni Meeting

The Fall Alumni Meeting is an annual meeting of the Alumni Division members. The day/time of the 2012 Fall Alumni Meeting is TBD.

National Officer Winter Planning Meeting

The Winter Officer Planning Meeting is held annually in January. Secondary and Post-Secondary members of the National Officer Team meet to review goal progress and plan for the National Leadership Conference. The 2012 National Officer Winter Planning Meeting took place in Chicago, IL in January.


Regional and State Conferences

Throughout fall, winter and early spring, BPA regions and states hold their conferences for leadership development, competitions, awards, elections and more. Some states have all divisions together, some separately. Some states have a fall and winter/spring conference; some just have a winter/spring conference. For information on your region or state, talk to your local advisor, State Advisor or click here to view information about your state.


National Leadership Conference

The National Leadership Conference is held annually during the month of April or May. The purpose of the National Leadership Conference is to provide delegates the opportunity to participate in educational workshops, hear nationally prominent speakers, elect student officers, participate in the competitive events program, make recommendations regarding policies, conduct the business of the organization, and participate in leadership programs.

The 2012 National Leadership Conference will take place in Chicago, IL from April 25-29.


National Officer Summer Training

The National Officer Summer Training is held annually during the month of June or July. Newly elected national officer team members from the Secondary and Post-Secondary Divisions meet under the direction of the National Officer Coordinator to train for their respective positions and goal-set for the upcoming membership year. The 2012 National Officer’s Summer Training will take place in Columbus, OH from July 6-11.

State Association Advisory Council Summer Planning Meeting

The State Association Advisory Council Summer Planning Meeting is held annually during the month of July. State Advisors representing all chartered states of Business Professionals of America meet to review policy and present formal recommendations to the Board of Trustees. The 2012 State Association Advisory Council Summer Planning Meeting will take place in Orlando, FL between July 24-26


Classroom Educators Advisory Council Summer Planning Meeting

The Classroom Educators Advisory Council Summer Planning Meeting is held annually during the month of July. Appointed representatives to the Classroom Educators Advisory Council meet to review the Workplace Skills Assessment Program and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees. The 2012 Classroom Educators Advisory Council Summer Planning Meeting will take place in Orlando, FL between July 24-27.


Board of Trustees Summer Planning Meeting

The Board of Trustees Summer Planning Meeting is held annually in the month of July. Board members meet to conduct the business of Business Professionals of America and set short-term and long-term goals for the organization. The 2012 Board of Trustees Summer Planning Meeting will take place in Orlando, FL between July 26-28.
