Requirements

To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A middle level member in good standing with the organization
• All forms must be completed and returned by the assigned deadlines
• Be present at the 2012 National Leadership Conference in Chicago, IL

Application Instructions

All completed forms must be e-mailed by the applicant to Jay Mulakala NO LATER THAN Thursday, April 1, 2012. Applications received after this time will not be considered. E-mail all documents to jmulakala@bpa.org.
