The Big Question... Now the question remains: Might you be the next Bill Gates, Stephen Wozniak, Fred Smith, or Esteé Lauder? And if so, will you offer the world a new product or service? Uncover a new technology? Find a new market for an existing product or service? Once you begin to recognize business opportunities, you may have so many ideas, you’re not sure which one is best for you. Carefully evaluate your skills and resources for starting and operating a business. To be most successful, the business opportunity you choose to invest time and money in needs to match your work skills, financial resources, and personal interests. In the next lesson, you will begin to explore your own interests and abilities to see what type of business might be a good match for you. But before you go there, we have two important learning activities to help you get ready. Activity 1: Pre-Track 1 Knowledge Assessment Survey Click to begin this multiple-choice survey which measures your current understanding and knowledge of entrepreneurship and business development. You will take this survey twice in Track 1 (in Activities 1 and 10). Then you will be able to compare your scores and see how much you learned by participating in this online course.
