The Dell Story The story of Michael Dell is a fascinating example of how one person used his talents and abilities to create a business concept that has actually revolutionized the market. Dell was the first personal computer company to sell custom-made systems directly to consumers, thereby cutting out the “middleman” and passing the savings on to customers.
