So you did okay for the first three months. You made less money than your business plan projected, but you still paid all the bills and reached your goal to be making a profit by the end of the first three months. A lot of businesses don’t actually make a profit for up to a year or more. So you can relax and kick up your feet, right?  Wrong!!


 

What should you do now?

Choice 1

Try to figure out why you missed your goal to sell 500 beach chairs during the first three months.

Choice 2

Look for better ways to convince more people to buy your beach chairs.

Choice 3

Set new sales goals for the next three months and continue to carefully monitor your business finances.

Choice 4 All of the above
