ACTION

Call to Action

As you are delivering your road show presentation and answering questions from investors, always remain aware of the time limits you have been given. If the audience expects you to finish at a certain time, be true to your promise.

A good speaker always provides a brief summary at the end of the session. So be sure to stop a few minutes early to summarize the main points you really want potential investors to remember. Then conclude your pitch with a call to action. Ask them to consider investing in your company. Make it clear what you want, and make sure they know how to contact the right person when they are ready to give an answer.

So this is it. Now it’s up to you to put to practice what you’ve learned in the Ready, Set, Go Public course. This is where your race to success begins or ends, depending on the action you take. We hope this is only the beginning of the many successes you will have as a twenty-first century entrepreneur! And we thank you for participation in the Ready, Set, Go Public course.

Before you get your certificate for the completion of the course, there are two activities you need to complete and turn in:

Activity 21: Road Show Evaluation(Download instructions and evaluation form)

Activity 22: Final Knowledge Assessment Survey
