It’s Never Too Early to Explore Careers

Heather Bunning, AICPA
"What am I gonna do with my life?" Find the answers to your students’ toughest questions and related resources at the AICPA's StartHereGoPlaces.com presentation Friday, May 7 at 9 a.m at the 2010 National Leadership Conference.

The American Institute of CPAs and Business Professionals of America have formed a partnership to promote increased awareness of the CPA profession and to provide BPA members with the resources and information necessary to pursue accounting and obtain the CPA credential.

If you haven’t visited the AICPA’s redesigned Web site, www.StartHereGoPlaces.com, it’s definitely worth viewing. The new site makes it easier than ever for students to explore potential careers, hear from real-life CPAs, and get tips on entering the profession. Encourage your students to visit the site, create and save their FutureMe™. There’s also a “For Teachers” section, just for educators, filled with valuable information and resources from classroom curricula to keep students engaged to an Educators Forum where dialogue can be exchanged with fellow educators across the country.  Learn more about the AICPA and Start Here, Go Places. during this year’s Leadership Conference in Anaheim.

Yes, I was awarded best in the State of Wisconsin in Payroll ...Click here for more.
